The Anti-Spam Shield microservice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZeddoS Technologies makes no express or implied warranties that the system is completely impenetrable, error-free, or will operate without technical interruptions.
Although the system integrates advanced verification methods, including dynamic cognitive barriers and homoglyph text poisoning, the technology behind automated bots, optical character recognition (OCR), and artificial intelligence (AI) is continuously evolving. ZeddoS Technologies does not guarantee the absolute blocking of all malicious agents, scripts, spam bots, or hybrid attacks. A successful bypass of the protection by unauthorized software is technologically possible and does not constitute a breach of service by the provider.

To protect the end-user experience (UX), the system is intentionally designed with a Fail-Open architecture. In the event of a critical server exception or loss of connection, the system automatically bypasses the verification process to prevent legitimate users from being permanently blocked. The client accepts and agrees that during such events, the protective barrier is temporarily inactive, and ZeddoS Technologies bears no responsibility for bots that pass through during this emergency mode.
The integration of the Anti-Spam Shield acts as an additional, not a standalone, layer of security. The client bears full responsibility for the overall protection of their Telegram applications, architecture, and databases by implementing their own internal safeguards, rate limiting, and backup/monitoring systems.
